Review Summary

While Timelines is not the first slot implementing a sort of time-travel concept into the gameplay, Northern Lights Gaming has still come up with an original feature to spin everything around. The visual presentation is not the most impressive thing about this release for sure, but it gets the job done. Getting symbols from “the past” back into play is kind of fun, at least for a while until the novelty wears off. Then you’re basically left with a somewhat unusual instant jackpot release.

We like that Epic Strike symbols can also be brought back from past spins, and this can land you instant jackpots up to 4,000x your stake. Everything is taken up a notch in the bonus round, with more frequent timeline triggers and higher and more frequent multiplier symbols. The multiplier symbols occupy prime “reel estate” though, as they are not wilds. The 9,500x potential is solid enough, but we didn’t really feel like coming back for more after our test session.
