Granted, you get a new skin at least, in the form of a fairly standard jungle animal theme, but we would encourage this developer to be a tad more daring in the feature department if they want to be noticed. Perhaps they have a strategy we don’t understand, but it doesn’t seem to work very well so far.

The 3 top-tier animal symbols award 3, 4, or 5 x your stake for 5 of a kind wins, and the small monkey is the alpha of the pack. The low-value royal symbols pay either 0.5 or 1 x your stake for 5 of a kind, and you win by landing matching symbols on 3+ adjacent reels from the uttermost left to the right. Each reel can come with up to 6 positions, thanks to the Megaways engine.

The black panther Wild symbol can appear on reels 2, 3, and 4 only, and it substitutes for any pay symbol to help complete and/or improve wins.

The wild holds no value of its own, however, and it will also play a central part in the bonus round.

Jungle Gold Megaways is a reskin of Lucky Punch, which was a reskin of Liga Fortune Megaways Pro, and we’ve lost count before that. Why they bother paying for the Megaways brand while producing slots that can’t compete in the genre is beyond us.

Onlyplay probably has their reasons for doing things this mysterious way, but Jungle Gold Megaways is yet another installment from them we wish we didn’t have to even try.
